The staff is great. However, the wait times are horrible. Please get more staff or more machines. I work full time and don't have time to stand in line for hours. Donating feels good knowing I'm helping people and the extra money is nice, but it's not worth standing in that uncomfortable line running all the way down the hall for hours. Please do better!
Every time I come here there is never any staff . I have been waiting at the front counter for over 20 mins and nobody has came here . This is ridiculous.
So i guess as usual corporate and local branches do not communicate. No one had any idea how this worked. I was told everything from its for a new donor, to all you have to do is this and it SHOULD apply. So i know this type of false ad's may fly in Fl, but i guess they do not fly in Minnesota. One of the nicer facilities to donate plasma. Clean and open. Yes it sucks to get turned away I know but it's for the safety for the patient potentially receiving your plasma.
CSL Bloomington has gone from bad to worse! The wait times are ridiculous, the staff is rude and judgmental!!! First they accuse you of being a drug addicted ( shooting up in the arm) make you show proof from I had a doctors appointment and got blood drawn! I’ve complained to corporate and no one ever calls you back! Then they accuse me of other stuff that’s not true! I need a lawyer! Bloomington is the worst location!
