The kiosks arent busted and the employees are more polite and professional than Minneapolis location, but the lines are always so slow, because they always only have one or two people during the biggest rush that is the same time every day. They know when they need the staff and choose to be an absolute skeleton crew. Understaffed isn't an excuse, because every conpany could "fix" that instantly by paying enough.
My first time donating yesterday i was very nervous but it went great it did take 2 sticks to get me going but the staff was extremely nice and Karen got me set up fast. I will be coming back :)
the people servicing the desk are very rude and ignore you if you have a question. They would typically have anyone wait for a while before they come up to you.
Spent over two Hours waiting to do physical and paperwork. Only to be told my red blood cells were A little too high. Which would normally not be an issue, but they said nothing about this prior and it was a total of 2 1/2 hours wasted of my day. No compensation was given. If I have to sit there for 2 1/2 hours, I expect to be paid.
