No one working up front ever. Lines out the door all the time. Slowest service with zero desire to actually do anything.
Terrible wait times. Incompetent staff. Couldn’t even finish my first 5 donations the place was such a joke. Only to here if you have literally nothing else to do all day
Let me start with I'm not a complainer. That I usually go with the motto "it could always be worse". I do not leave reviews because I'm bored. But after today, I finally needed to give my impression on this. I've been donating at Bloomington's CSL plasma location for about 5 years now and try to make 2 donations a week for maximum benefits received. So, I've seen it all and well experienced. Wednesday I was there and I waited an hour and 45 min....there was only 1 person doing the front check in as I don't know if it was a new person or what was happening but there was 15 min where I was the first in line and no one was there to do the screening. When I finally got to the back Narissa was who did my poke. She was pleasant and did a great Job. Every time I have been there she is always kind with her works and a peaceful even in stressful situations. I am thankful I had the pleasure of her doing my poke.
Be ready to stand in line for 1.5 hours.
