Horrible horrible horrible experience, I came in for my 3rd donation today July 16th 2025 And they wouldn’t let me donate because of a small bruise on my arm… really????? It was a bruise that they caused ….. I almost didn’t make it home because I had no gas , and I was counting on that $125 which could’ve took me till payday…. I’m so pissed right now 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
This place is a joke. They certify my identity, tell me I need to eat and come back. I come back, they say they can’t certify me. What a waste of time.
Just had the worst service by far for customer experience and service. Lol sad part is I know some of these ppl. Like on a peer to peer level. But long story short they've turned into Lake st. CSL only diff is no courtesy or patience. I just walked out b.c they put me I the back of the line after I was 1st for a medical screenigng. (,which turned out to be me getting a question answer wrong by mistake.
They keep denying me over the smallest zit that has been cleared for me to donate over 3 times. I still get told that, I cannot donate. And, now just this last time. July 5th. They told me, I was verbally aggressive to the lady that keeps denying me. I have, been denied over 20 times. Especially, on my $65 day. Specifically, by the causian lady with red hair & the manager that's the foreign guy. I'm not being racist. I'm being specific. So, you all know who they are. I went to this location for the last month after switching from Biolife, the lines can be long and there is typically only one person taking vitals. But everyone has been very kind and helpful, I would recommend this location. Update: Since they got new machines you are waiting 1-2 hours before even donating. So whole process takes about 3 hours from beginning to end. For those of us making $47 a donation, thats $15 an hour. Not worth it.
