Good times.
They are often short staffed and the new machines are loud and annoying I also don’t like the new pay schedule! The staff that is their is great very knowledgeable and polite and the facility is clean and welcoming
CLS provides a valuable service from medical standpoint - the team at my plasma center work very hard to take care of all of us customers. CLS asked what could be done to improve the I’m told donations are down why not increase the donation fees paid out to a long time contributors I’ve donated over 700 times. Why not implement a longevity incentive to reward long time donors and to encourage new donors to donate more consistently.
