I only go to the CSL on lake street.. the staff are all friendly and professional. There’s an employee that opens the center every morning named Sara and when she doesn’t have to work the center doesn’t open as it should..without her the center is chaos in the morning…Sara should be acknowledged for her great work and keeping the center flowing effortlessly in the early opening hours. Which by the way isn’t an easy task.. shout out to sara
The staff are like family. Will is the G.O.A.T. Please don't stand this close behind nobody it ain't that serious. 😭🤣
Stop going here! Some staff members do not know how to do their jobs, I came in today after being able to donate Wednesday and got my wisdom teeth removed December 12th and stopped taking antibiotics the 19th and all of a sudden I have to wait another week before being able to donate again even though I donated Wednesday, do better! You all just lost a good doner!

The staff -5 stars all day every day ! The upper management and how the run a business ? I feel like one star is too much . Whether , it's the "new state of the art " machines (that sound like a generator ) and vibrate your arm , maybe it's the ridiculous long waits because they don't want to pay for the labor or maybe its the way they took all our rewards away and when you refer someone you'll maybe get half of the money because the time you find out about it there's already going to be rewards missing in your account so yo... read more
