Got here at 3:30pm. It is now 4:55pm and the screening process is still not complete. Still waiting to donate. Waited 40min in the waiting room while staff sat in the screening room directly in front of me gossiping for 30min. I could tell you every detail of their conversation. They did not call me in until after their conversation was done. I have donated at CLS before. At other locations, the Im not here longer than an hour and a half WITH donation included. This is insane. This place should be closed. So bad.
Manpower is not efficiently distributed. Why is 1 person doing all of the vitals.
