They're usually pretty nice, the place is often packed but they don't take out frustrations on the donors. Staff is friendly and will happily answer questions and will check on you if you look uncomfortable. There are better places to donate in terms of pricing, but if you live in the area its pretty nice.
Many friendly staff, to many to name all. (Lucy was helping me at the front desk). They are informed and kind. Can be busy in middle of week or evenings. Have patience.
