One of the staff accused me of sleeping and deferred me for life. I've been donating without any problems for years and this makes me angry. I was not sleeping. I wasn't even hooked up yet when she told me to leave. She didn't like me. I was never asleep. If I shut my eyes she's yelling at me from across the room where I would see others actually sleeping. I want to donate. I need o donate. She took this away from me and it's not right. Watch the videos. What can I do because I was discriminated against she should br fired.
I heard that if the employees here "don't like you they stick you in the arm so that you'll bruise". Now I know why I had a bruise the side of an orange multiple times after having visited here. STAY AWAY. VERY UNSAFE.
people were nice but the establishment does not honor appointments, meaning their are no tools to plan your visits and make sure you don't get stuck in hour long lines

White guy who I believe is the supervisor I think it was glasses anyways he took my past to skip the line because it was old and wrinkled mind you this is only my second time going to donate in a 30-day period. I was told to use that pass at either line my second trip.
