Horrible experience 06/14/26: Do these people not realize this is our life at risk: I got sick from a bad stick: they have a woman shaking when sticking you..nobody saids anything.. I’m just about done & my machine acted up, she adjusted it as if I had no feeling! As staff watched my horrific experience once again I was throwing up & nobody grabbed an ice pack! Nothing! Take forever walking around not even working been here 3 hours. They be talking to much and not working
The staff is outstanding and they have a very good sense of humor which is very relaxed
I have to share my experience today, usually I have a smooth donation but today was not one of them: I’m not sure if I didn’t eat enough or what but everything kinda got dark all at once very fast! I want to Thank the staff for helping me throughout my unfortunate reaction. I remember Jenna! Felt like my body shut down but hearing her tell me I will be ok as I couldn’t breathe is one genuine concern helped me realize there’s still good people out there!
