The manager, Jan, is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. She calls your phone and is rude from the start. She is very sarcastic and nasty. She threatens you with every comment and tries to belittle you. If you try to go back at her she gets nastier and starts threatening legal action. This is when your account is only 1/2 of a payment past due and scheduled to be paid before it is even 15 days past due. She has absolutely no compassion and is a bully.
