This customer was happy with our customer service and quality of work. He got competitive pricing from all other contractors and agreed CSI Paving was the best company. I really don't understand why the low review for price when we tried to be as fair as we could and even lowered the price. Sometimes peace of mind in paying a little more for a professional company is worth a lot more then the aggravation of hiring an unprofessional company to save money.
I went on the internet to find a contractor to resurface our driveway. CSI responded first. They went to my house on their own initiative, and called me at my office to discuss the work. Subsequently they sent me three quotes. I chose an option, sent them a signed contract, and scheduled the repair. They came at the appointment time, worked efficiently, and had the right equipment, materials, and crew. The job was to patch broken areas of an asphalt driveway, then apply a sealer coat.
Really easy to work with - honest, straight-forward and timely. Very happy to have found them.
Terrific service. Very knowledgeable-our job had lots of challenges with tree roots, matching the paving to existing walls, etc.-they handled it all beautifully. Great crew and Hector was a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding job!!!

Really a pressure to work with them clean fast and I had no complains from tenant.
PRIOR TO LAYING THE ASPHALT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO KILL THE GRASS AND WEEDS BY BURNING AND USING POISON. THEY DIDN'T USE ANY POISON. 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ASPHALT WAS DONE, THERE WAS GRASS GROWING FROM EVERYWHERE! I CALLED AND THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT THIS IS ACT OF NATURE! THEY WERE VERY RUDE. DURING ASPHALTING, THEY DIDN'T COVER ALL THE AREA AND THEN THEY SAID THAT WE INSISTED FOR THAT. This customer is one of those people that is looking for anything to complain about. We did additional paving at the request of his wife (for free) which shes was very satisfied with. When she was confront by us and her husband he dismissed her and insulted his wife. CSI Paving excluded in its terms & conditions that drainage on asphalt must be .02% and no less to drain and that we do don't warranty acts of mother nature like vegetation.
