We needed asphalt repair and resurfacing on our 50+ year old driveway. Not exactly an attractive project for concrete / asphalt companies that typically prefer large projects. But CSI responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the following day to inspect the driveway. They came back to me within hours with a reasonable written estimate. My driveway had a major crack at my gate. The asphalt was as old as the house, 68 yrs. They filled in the minor cracks and replaced the major hole with new asphalt. CSI also brought the asphalt back to the sidewalk and against the cement in the front. They eliminated the possibility of tripping. Very professional and arrived earlier than stated to begin work. For me it is a bad experience when job finish everything is wet how can you tell job is good or bad but they ask you to pay immediately so remember dont sign contract in term of C.O.D. this kind of term is risky. They are not responsible for their job. I tried to call and text them to fix their job but they do not response at all. Even 2 months waiting still no result?
Out of the 3 companies I contacted for the project, CSI Paving was the first and most responsive of the 3. Their prices were competitive and they carried out the schedule as planned. There was a slight communication issue where we had asked for the front parking lot to be paved first, but instead, the entire lot was paved at once. Luckily, it was a warm day and the slurry dried quickly, so our customers could park back on the lot. The results look great. I will use them for again and recommend them to friends and family.
I was impressed with their quickness and ability to take on the project in a timely manner.
