Very responsive and worked really well with my architect!
My experience with CSI-NOVA has been terrible, stressful, and frustrating. There were numerous ongoing issues and delays throughout the rehab construction of our house and afterward. Consistently, CSI-NOVA has been untimely and unresponsive to issues as they arise; their staff and subcontractors have overall not provided quality advice or quality workmanship with attention to detail; and there are several mistakes and oversights in our house that amount to a general lack of professionalism, organization, communication, and p... read more
