Mandy the manager have outstanding customers service. She provided me with options that best fit my needs. I did not feel rush and the facility is well kept. I signed up and rented a storage unit online last Friday, the 7th, and then immediately got a phone call confirming my unit. I spoke with the front desk person and was notified of the next steps: Come into the office with my state ID, and then purchase a lock ($20) to complete the process. CSI Mini Storage was an amazing experience. Not only are they professional and personable, but they have a truck and a team of movers that will move your items into your storage unit for free. As someone without a truck, this was a hugely convenient thing for me. Their facility is clean, well monitored, and easy to access. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family and locally owned storage place in the Tacoma area. Thanks CSI Mini Storage!
