I had an excellent experience with CSI Mini Storage from start to finish. Reserving a unit was quick, easy, and very convenient. The entire move-in process was smooth, and the staff made everything stress-free. Mandy gave us a tour of the facility and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We purchased a locker here and it was the smoothest, quickest and most pleasant experience to date. Your employees were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, we awkwardly came into contact with the owner, since this review! I asked a question that was weighing on my mind. Did all 3 guitars cases have guitars? The answer was yes. We suspected it all along because it was unlatched. It tells me it's not an honest facility. Such a shame. The worker also told me he almost bid on it. That's not OK either.
