this company should be shut down by regulators. Its a scam. They claim to have zero interest loans, but that's only true if you never miss a payment. I also found out that the way they group patients to assign them into buckets to assign interest rates takes demographic I formation into consideration which is inherently discriminatory and racist. This company should be investigated by states attorney generals for discriminatory loan program offerings based on hospital defined patient demographic groups that can be blatantly racist and discriminatory.
hi I just wanted to give a review because your automated system for a review did not let me expound I do want to say that I think your company is wonderful helping people make payments when their medical bills are too much it is an absolute lifesaver so my only issue is I had a lot of trouble getting your website to work for me and no assistance with technical support I never got access also I did to speak to Chris who took my last payment he had a very much home voice he had no character no personality he went quickly like ... read more
