Serious trust issue, incompetent and justified charges of $80 for doing nothing when I went to them saying my internet was not working on a single computer. Do not go here. All I had to do was to reset my modem and router combo from Spectrum and Voila the internet works ! I asked their staff to inspect our network and fix it. They installed a new router without my permission, even though my routers are working perfectly. They billed me $200 for the router which is available on Amazon for $85. Then they wanted to bill me for 4hours service, even though the problem would take 1 hour to solve. The incompetence of their IT person resulted in long service time. He did not know how to configure the router, so he kept trying different options and calling Spectrum to help him resolve the issue.
