I will never get another loan through CSE in sulphur. Taken two weeks when it should of took two days over them loosing my stuff. And then knowing two days that I will need a notary, what banking institute doesn't have a notary? Kristi Lyons at the sulphur location has the worst customer service and her manager Amy was the same.
Great people, long time customer through my dad Greg Aucoin at the age 15. BUT when something goes wrong over the weekend and plus the app not transferring funds from savings to checking on APP fail...... you can’t do ANYTHING until Monday.
