We've used CSE for years and I've had this issue several times, but this is the last time. My wife and I cannot use our debit cards because they're both being declined, and no after hours support means we have to wait until 8am on Monday making myself late for work and my kids late for school. We received no notification on our account prior to the weekend. Thanks CSE.
RecommendedI have been a member since I was 5 years old. over the years i have always had great customer service. everyone in each branch is very friendly. i just refinanced a new car and they were awesome to deal with. i was able to do everything online.
Word to the wise. Your Visa card cannot be used out of the country. Went on vacation and made sure to stop in the Moss Bluff Branch to ensure we flagged our account so we could travel and not have the hassle of getting card declined for fraud. Made sure to tell the teller we were going OUT OF THE COUNTRY. Well we used cash for everything except checking our luggage for the return trip home. Had to use a card to check bags. No problem.
