My experience was not good. Contacted to get a quote for a patio. Brian came out (late to the appointment by over an hour) and measured. Took almost a week to get a quote. Price was good and set a start date. He asked to delay due to a hurricane (no problem! ) and after the storm, I didn't hear back for nearly two weeks.
