The service attitude of the staff here is terrible. The front desk staff cannot answer any questions, and they treat people making inquiries very rudely; they simply want to sit there quietly and put on a show of looking neat and tidy. You had better not ask anything or bother them. Their medical staff are only interested in getting money from patients' insurance —that is the only thing they do. As a patient, any question you ask will be met with harsh reprimands.
Would definitely recommend Dr.lai and staff excellent communication. Doctor is very patient and answered any concerns I had for myself and my family.
