Worst machines ever. You would think that Avalon would have higher standards than this company. These machines have not been upgraded in over 20 years. They catch fire, burn your clothes and the technician that comes out wants to blame the residents. They have gone up to $3.00 a load, after all my funds are used up I will be going to a laundry mat from now on. I’m not wasting my money anymore.
