Process claims in a reasonable time. Been waiting 10 days to hear from claims rep.
Insurance companies are supposed to have your back. Instead, in more words than one, I was made out to be a liar. I was told, “there is no way a tree branch fell and hit your car to make a dent like that!” Well, I wish a tree branch didn’t do that either, but it happened!! I was so upset after that phone call, I went to Farmers-and got a better rate and better coverage for less money. We had 3 ft of snow, and no power for multiple days. ive had AAA for decades. a tree falls on my car, nearly killing me. aaa wont send anyone to appraise the damage for another week. i cannot keep paying for rental car (i need all wheel drive that is beyond their coverage limit). horrible service, awful insurance. i will drop them!
We lost our home in Paradise on November 8, 2018. The weekend of December 8 our zone was finally opened. We met the assigned contracted estimator at our property (we had met him previously to discuss/draw out/recreate our home). He finished his estimate and sent it back to CSAA on January 9th. Another estimator, this one employed by CSAA reviewed the estimate and called us on January 24 saying our estimate was ready to be sent back to the large loss department. If you have insurance with CSAA Insurance you're in luck! You can get into an accident and truthfully be at fault and you can walk away Scott Free by simply refusing to call them so they can screw the other car owner by making them wait 30 days before they call it no fault since you didn't contact them about the accident you caused. . . Hey . . . Hey. . . you can get away with it when CSAA is your insurance company! Their adjustors are never in . . . its all part of the master plan of how they do business.
