CSA has done a fantastic job coming in and transitioning into our community and taking over from our previous management company that completely made a mess of our community! CSA has been managing our HOA for 6 months, and so far MUCH better than the other management companies we have had. They ALWAYS answer the phone during business hours (and has an after hours extention), and are very helpful, especially Cindy. Ken is a highly experienced Management Director, that is resourceful and effective.
