Hired CSA Jan 24 and throughout the year he has been sketchy. Allowing my pool to turn green several times. Most recently he skipped the whole month of December 25. Used the excuse his truck broke down. Told him it doesn’t take a truck to vac a pool and toss in a few bags of burn out. Asked him to at least swing by and put in some chems but he couldn’t be bothered. So I asked for my $140 back for Dec 25 since he did not show up since Thanksgiving. Again he blew me off. CSA has serviced my pool for over 5 years, I wouldn't trust any other company. I've had Pinch-a-Penny and Leslie's before but the workers always lie about attendance and effort, and most times don't complete a full service. I know I can count on the fact that Cayman will show up with his assistant once a week and have my pool chemically balanced and swim ready within 3 hours of their visit or less. I hired CSA Pool Professionals for a year, after my pool was built. Let me tell you, they have done everything asked of them and more. Their Pool School was easy to understand and they spoke loud and clear enough so even someone older like me can hear. Cayman's helper has also been willing to answer any questions I had afterwards, or refresh me on any material I was confused on at any moment during our year of service, this far.
