I have never had my air filters changed (I know, not good ). Court came over and changed my filters today. He was amazingly professional, efficient, and explained the process. He told me to call him whenever my filter turned grey because “if it’s not white, it’s not right.” Anyway, I would use this company anytime. Court was even super nice when my kids accidentally let my giant poodle out of his kennel. Thankfully, even my poodle liked Court.
They did an awesome job at getting me taken care of and making sure my house was cold before they left. Top notch service!
Court was on time, polite, professional, and efficient. Had our problem cleared up quick, explained the issue and solution quickly and clearly, and did it all so quietly that he didn’t even wake up my baby who was napping in the room right next to where he was working. That’s what I call 5 star service.
Cord came by to help with a warranty issue. Turns out the original installers put the roof vent on backwards and left too small of a strainer inside the pipe. He fixed it quickly and explained the issues in detail. I felt very confident things are fixed. He was great!
The service was great! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had great customer service!
