This store has amazing customer service! I’m relatively new to sewing and every time I come in, I walk out with more information that inspires for my next project! I was in recently to pick up my machine and while there I started looking at their needle selection and the associate took the time to explain to me the difference in needle size and why I needed a particular style for the project I was doing! HQ Fusion repaired and serviced same day - during the Christrmas rush. Lot's of quilts hanging ready to finish so I was in somewhat of a bind (not "binding" LOL). It's running like it's brand new. Service department ROCKS!

They have always done a great job on all my machine repairs.
CSSewing has been my go to place for my quilting equipment, repair and counsel for many years. I have updated my machines with them five times and always have been satisfied. Recently when having problems transferring embriodry designs to a thumb drive my 'computer' would not do the job. I needed the designs for a weekend retreat that day and Scott brought in Jennifer who spent a whole afternoon solving my computer problem and getting the designs transferred for me.
