I rented a house in Allied Gardens from Terry at CS Property Management for 4 years and although the rent and deposit were a bit high they allowed me to make many tenant improvements to the very dated home and never bothered me while I was a tenant. It's my pleasure to have worked out any differences or flexibility when I needed with CS property management.
Heed our advice...AVOID this property management company! – We originally hired them to manage our San Diego property because we were attracted to their smaller portfolio of properties. One of the CS owners assured us that we would receive better customer service with them as opposed to the larger property management companies that manage hundreds, even thousands of properties, throughout San Diego County.
