we had C&S pools install our above ground pool and did a great job in 2008. They had to bring in a lot of dirt and clearing,level it and fill. a year later had settling occur, he came back drained and re-level the pool. No problem and no wait like a month, he was there a couple of days later and did it. It has been great and on our 1st closing he came and did it and explained how to do it ourselves. Had a 12' round installed 2013. Very good job. They did my neighbors pool a year later with no problems
Had pool installed last fall. Frame and walls look good. level. Liner not so much. TERRIBLE job. They came back last week to TRY to correct liner. made it a little better. Still has wrinkles in floor. Lumpy, rough bottom. Lost all confidence in Company to ever get it right. Hired another guy. Sunday he came out and redid liner, including taking out about 250 lb. excess sand. Looks perfect. Thanks for taking my $2000.00 and wasting a year of my pool. NEVER AGAIN.
