I’ve known what I wanted for years, Mohawk Engineered Flooring. Time is here to remodel, so happy the pattern is still current. Order placed, on the easy website!! Had to change to no signature required…was easy to do, haven’t had delivery yet. Helpful customer service.
Very helpful in getting the order correct. One type of flooring was being discontinued and they pointed that out as we will be needed more in the future. Great customer service!!
Flooring Market offered very competitive pricing on the Luxury Vinyl Plank Karndean product I was interested in. Jessica discussed the options, different adhesives, and took my order over the phone. A\She also offered details on shipping logistics, how the delivery timing is handled by the customer support team at SAIA Freight (very important to me due to my remote location). Upon delivery the driver had the flooring pallet unloaded in about 5' and we were good to go!
