Our daughter spilled coffee on the MacBook key board, afterwards the screen stopped working. Crywolf was able to recover our data (Gale) and sent it off to Apple for repair. The data recovery was significantly cheaper and faster than the outside company recommended by Apple. The customer service was excellent! Lauren and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
I am an exiled from the Palisades Fire. My IT person told me that Cry Wolf was the best hard drive repair place in San Diego and that is where we are exiled right now. My backup drive is having an issue powering up and I called them for help. The guy who answered the phone was the SINGLE MOST CALLAS human being that I have spoken to since 1/7.
