Crywolf was truly a godsend. My husband’s MacBook Pro got stuck in a loop while trying to update to Tahoe and we tried everything at home to get it into DFU mode to revive it. We also took it to another local shop, where they tried for a week to no avail. Just when we’d thought all hope was lost, Crywolf technician (Greg) managed to revive all of the data and restore and update to the laptop to its original form within the expected timeframe (1 week) and at a fraction of what other places would’ve charged.
