I gave this company the benefit of the doubt even though they had bad reviews. 1st, the sign said open, and I walked up and the door is locked at 415p even though, according to Google, they close at 5pm. 2nd when I try entering someone opens the door and says sorry your hair stylist isn't here so you will have to wait outside because I am leaving (great customer service) and lastly here is the real kicker, I scheduled an appointment Friday Aug 23rd and every thing was confirmed. I decided to take a chance and find a new hair stylist for my son. He needed cornrows. I finally got an appointment and got left hanging! I even got a text asking me if I was going to make my appointment, and still got left at the park across the street waiting only to find out that the keys to the shop "coincidentally" got lost. How convenient 🙄. Just lost out on a couple hundred dollars, and more clients,but oh well. Shoulda woulda coulda! I do NOT recommend this place!
