Been here a few times now and really love this place. Great customer experience and skilled stylists. Josie always braids me up right
I gave this company the benefit of the doubt even though they had bad reviews. 1st, the sign said open, and I walked up and the door is locked at 415p even though, according to Google, they close at 5pm. 2nd when I try entering someone opens the door and says sorry your hair stylist isn't here so you will have to wait outside because I am leaving (great customer service) and lastly here is the real kicker, I scheduled an appointment Friday Aug 23rd and every thing was confirmed.
