She has educated the staff on it's cutting technique. So the whole team are qualified in this style of cut.. The massage therapist offers you a free tastes of her style while you wait in our waiting area :-) she loves her job and it shows in her hand.

I've been a regular at Crystal's for years! Haircuts mostly (and I get a lot of those to keep my short hair tidy), and the occasional spa day treat or massage... Folks are friendly, professional, and really good at what they do. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived :-)
I just had my first Crystal's experience yesterday with Amanda. I have to say it was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. As with most salons I have been to. I was nervous about my haircut/color but Amanda totally walked me through every step! She showed me samples, listened to my concerns, explained what she was going to do and made alterations that I felt needed a little tweaking. Now most stylists might become annoyed but she was great! Got a facial, walked out with open wounds and scaring. Girl tried to lance open a site on my face, did not use gloves, did not know how and when to use the steamer. Worst experience, I'm still trying to repair the damage, I cant believe I paid for this! Take it from me, dont go to this salon.
Awesome! – I was really scared of getting my haircut in Ithaca, since I have really curly hair and have had my fare share of disaster haircuts. That being said, I think the haircut I got at Crystal's Salon & Spa was one of the best I've ever gotten! My hair feels awesome! Heather is amazing! The staff is really nice and welcoming, and I'll definitely be going here again. Highly recommended!
This place sucks! – Nothing like getting a massage, with a massage therapist smelling like booze and leaving in the middle of the massage to throw up! REALLY, Five star hotel. Ha Nothing like blowing smoke up you a@*! The owner she's overbearing, ignorant, uneducated person. She's STUPID! I could go on forever but this place is not worth to be upset about. To costly for crappy services. What a joke!
