I have been with Crystal since she started her Business 30 plus years. I have never had a bad haircut. From colouring, to finding a way to manage my thick curly hair she is amazing. I would be lost without her. She gets 5 Stars.

I had a keratin treatment done and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair is so soft, silky and straight, something that my hair has never been..ever! I highly recommend!
This is a long review, but here's the summary in case you're in a rush: Can't recommend Crystal's mediocre to poor salon/spa experience, after what was meant to be a "me day" ended in a hair cut I didn't want and an entire evening crying. I booked a half-hour massage and shampoo/cut/blow-dry for a Saturday and arrive fifteen minutes early to do any paperwork necessary (as I know massage places usually have forms to fill out).
