HORRIBLE!!! I decided to give this shop a try while my regular nail tech was on vacation. Huge mistake!!!! I'm always willing to pay top dollar for my nails because I want them done right!! I tried this nail salon more than once and the services I received were not great, but ok. However, this time nails were sloppily done (uneven and paint chipped the next day). Excellent service and more shellac/gel color choices here then anywhere I've been! Christy and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They offer coffee, tea, water, and snacks while they service you. Oh and how could I forgot the great massage you get with every mani/pedi!
I just went to the shop tonight. Very nice staff, I was offered water and cookies. I was asked multiple times if I was ok and comfortable. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure for a great price and my nails look great. I will definitely go back.

Her technique and designs are second to none. We have been following her around from salon to salon in Brentwood and we are happy and excited that she finally has her own place. News Flash!! Crystal's Nails & Spa is owned by Kristy. Congratulations Kristy on your new nail salon! This salon is absolutely amazing. It is an relaxing refuge. It's very clean, sterilized and nail license is clearly visible. The colors and equipment is all new. Crystal's nails & spa will give you the best customer service you have ever experience. Mainly because the owner is very professional, warm and welcoming. I will follow Kristy wherever she goes but this is her last stop.
