If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is available for delivery on Uber Eats and I placed an order for delivery for my friend’s birthday. I don’t live in the state, so it was shocking to get a call from the delivery driver that the store was closed despite the store hours on the door and the website showing the opposite. Flower presentation was excellent. However, the birthday message to be attached with the flowers was not there. But, the business card for Crystal Flower & Gift Shop was there. So, my wife received flowers. And, the only message was from this shop. Really?

I accidentally found this shop and have been completely blown away with her services and commitment to doing anything you are looking for. I was looking for a casket spray and still emotional from the loss of my brother. She showed so much compassion for my situation, I explained what I was looking for.
