Simply - the wait was worth it! The finished product and installation were exceeded my expectations. In our house we have a good sized upstairs loft that I turned into an office. In this space I have two large L-shaped stand up desks, and the other side of the room a sewing station. So, the space is nice and spacious but it was always open. No way to create an identity. They did a good job with our previous project. Zack was easy to work with and ensures that all our informed and updated with the schedule. Quality work and coordination!
They did a great job and all their estimates for deadlines were pretty spot on. I've gotten a ton of compliments on how good it looks. Only thing I didn't like is that usually contractors/vendors have you pay 10% deposit upfront, 50-70% in the middle or at various points, and then maybe 10-30% after they're done. Nope, Crystalia has you pay: 1) initial deposit, 2)before they start designs, 3) after they're done making the materials, and 4) then before the installation.
