Im Carol and I started Crystal Waters Hot Tubs in 2021 after selling hot tubs elsewhere and deciding that I finally wanted to be in business for myself. I am happy to help all of New England get rid of their stress in a new spa.

Update- Carol will not call back - she owes me a broken piece to my tub and the arm for the top - I will be taking this further if I do not hear back. Multiple unanswered calls. Awful service - do not take the risk by thinking you're supporting a local women-owned business. Sadly it's all false advertising. I called this business a couple days ago (during business hours) to see if they had a certain brand hot tub in their store. The brand that I want to purchase said Crystal Waters is an authorized retailer. No one answered the phone (which is fine, I know employees may be busy assisting other customers, etc.). Submitted a warranty claim on a 7 month old faulty hot tub cover with both the Crystal Water and Platinum Spas. The cover has shrank uniformly on both sides in the first bout of excessive heat. Took 3 weeks, multiple phone calls an and texts to get a response. In one phone conversation Crystal Waters said the manufacturers rep said it looked like someone walked on the cover. I purchased for $1K the "gold package" for hot tub maintenance. The package included 4 visits. To date I have received 1 visit - 2 visits are owed. The owner Carol is completely unresponsive to all communication. DO NOT take your business here for any type of repair/ maintenance work.
