My experience in the Crystal View is quite pleasant. The staff knows what they’re doing. They’re friendly they take care of business. I’ve never really had a problem with the staff at Crystal View. I give him a thumbs up and the best rating I could give him five star.
They literally let anyone in for the Soccer and basketball courts , kids from other neighborhoods come in , there’s no security on site to stop them , also the courts close at 10pm you have to put up with people screaming cussing , blasting loud music, good luck trying to fall asleep early
Phil, Kathryn, and the rest of the office staff are all incredibly helpful, I really like the property as well, great place, great people!

Every once in awhile, the Amazon delivery people leave packages at the leasing office so as a resident of your items are not at the parcel lockers, you are forced to search for your packages. Phil and Dawn are great, but there is a newer woman with dark hair who does not like to help. She has a very negative attitude and acts like you did something wrong by looking for your packages. Today is the third time I've encountered her in the office, and she told me I "should have contacted Amazon" before coming to the leasing offic... read more
