When it comes to management I give them a 10/10. I was personally helped by Phil who was amazing & professional. He made the moving transition so smooth and made me feel comfortable to call him if I had any questions. Dawn is awesome as well!! Always helpful and friendly over the phone!! Roaches! Fly! Noisy! Hidden charges! Living on Adrian St is a nightmare. The complex is too big, so things are a bit out of control. I gave them two stars because of their sports amenities and the management team.
Every once in awhile, the Amazon delivery people leave packages at the leasing office so as a resident of your items are not at the parcel lockers, you are forced to search for your packages. Phil and Dawn are great, but there is a newer woman with dark hair who does not like to help. She has a very negative attitude and acts like you did something wrong by looking for your packages. Elizabeth Long walked me through the whole process of applying for my first apartment, she was patient and helped me understand all I needed about the process. I greatly appreciate such a professional behavior for anyone working a customer service position.
Dawn was so sweet and so helpful and informative. I asked a million questions and she and an answer for every single one of them. The grounds are beautiful. I hope to make this place my home.
