I had a horrible experience dealing with this location. I emailed them in regards to a Grapple they had online for a specific price. The internet sales lady called me and quoted me a price hundreds of dollars higher. She didn't even know her own pricing. Once that was corrected, I paid for it and requested it to me dropped off locally at my property as I live out of town. They are exceptionally honest. There's service is top tier. They stand behind their product. I could go to a couple of places closer to my home. But I choose to go to crystal Because when I pick up my machine, I know it has been serviced correctly and to me. That is safety. I do not hesitate to recommend purchasing any of their equipment or using any of their service.
Lots of tractors, still products
I would NOT recommend someone to go here if they have other options. I bought this tractor in April 25’ which is a 3302 and since I bought it (literally first week) have had problems with it. Started out wouldn’t pick up a simple 6’ power pole piece and they told me you have to run it full open to do it. ??? Really!!! Problems persisted and I would not take that for an answer.
