Excelent location. Apartments are comfortable, pool and gym are ok.
Corliss, front (Sunday) desk concierge is great to work with, she is pleasant and professional. She is very attentive to residents and customer. She is a great asset to the Crystal Towers Team.
Wish you could rate lower than 1 star. Crystal Towers may not be a slum, but it certainly doesn't live up to its self-proclaimed status of "Grand Living in Crystal City," as stated on their website. Before signing the lease, enjoy the pleasant demeanor of the leasing office staff. However, once you've signed on the dotted line, prepare to be treated like scum. Update: we moved out today. Tammie was the highlight of our time in the building! Despite enduring multiple forms of verbal abuse throughout the day, every day, Tammie always has a smile and tries to be as helpful as possible. Crystal Towers is lucky they have her as Concierge Lead. Moved in a few months ago & we’re glad of the choice. Staff has been friendly & work with us to resolve any issue.
