Have lived here for over 6 months now. Miguel and Anna have always been prompt with the maintenance requests and always do it with a smile. I’m glad to have them be a part of the team here. Highly recommend this building. Josh and Karla are also very approachable and keep this place running smooth.
I had the opportunity to tour Crystal Tower and it is such a beautiful building with beautiful apartments that offer amazing views of the water. Josh was so personable on the tour, and funny. You can also tell that he cares so much for the residents of the building.
Ana and Miguel were here within minutes of my problem occurring, fixed it in 10mins and are very nice people. 5/5
I have lived here for a few months now and I have had a great experience so far! Management team has always been responsive to any of my requests and the maintenance team is great a fixing any issues and Ana keeps the building looking great!
Great views but the building is old, you can hear your neighbours and the laundry machines never work.
