App never works, payments take too long to process. Delivery person has broken several of my 5 gallon bottles since I have signed up last year. Customer service does nothing to help if your account gets “suspended” even though you have paid. This service should be rated a 0 if anything. Buying my own dispenser and water is worth my time and money over an “easy” sign up gimmick.
