I signed up for this service through Costco. I've been with Crystal Springs/Primo for 3 yrs or so. The deliveries have been(Past-tense) reliable and customer service Was good. THEN they were bought out by another company which is using the same name. But its def NOT the company I've been dealing with over the past 3 yrs. Now for the past 3-4 months or so, my deliveries are unreliable. I've missed several deliveries with no notice from the driver or company. They haven’t shown up with water for two months . Despite many emails and calls . Terrible service . Not the first time they have just disappeared on us.
This company absolutely sucks. I have it set up where they come out twice a month every other week. But every month they skip their delivery. I have to call to sit on hold for an HOUR to let them know they missed their delivery. It has been like this for over 6months. DO NOT waste your time with this company, you can find better.
The typical waiting time for both my wife and myself has been 55 minutes, when we speak to one of the ladies, they tell us that the order that we placed is not at the system or they tell us that the date that they had assured us is now another date that we where not aware off. we have had this occur 4 times, since May 23rd, May 30th, May 31st and June 6th.
