Absolutely terrible. No communication at all with delivery drivers. They show up whenever they want, any day they want, hardly following your schedule. Two of my bottles were stolen from being outside all day long because they never delivered as schedule, company refused to take responsibility and refused a refund. EVEN WORSE, when the driver picked up the equipment he picked up 4 empty bottles and the water dispenser, but the receipt only shows 3 empty bottles credit. Thieves. No deliveries. No call backs from supervisors as promised. Lots of false promises of deliveries. Terrible company! Big fat raspberries to Crystal Springs!!
They don’t show up when they tell you they will. Their customer communication is horrible. They out source customer service. Branch managers do not respond to complaints or follow up. Avoid this company.
