Bruce is great!!
Never had a problem till our regular driver had health issues . Now the new driver says he can't drive on our road. On top of that the cooler leaked water onto our new kitchen floor. Been waiting a month for a cooler. Called the home office and complained. The lady said she would check into the matter. Nothing! After 27 years as a customer. this is how we are treated
VERY BAD SERVICE... WAS QUIOTED @ $4.99 BOTTLE AND WAS CHARGED $7.49. BOTTLE, OVER CHARGE ME ON A HOLD IN MY ACCOUNT, AND OVER DRAFTED MY BANK ACCOUNT I HAVE A $35.00 +$10.00 + A NOTHER $10.00. FEE FROM MY BANK..... I HAVE CALLED OVER 8 TIMES. AND NO RESPONSE AND TALKED TO 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. AND. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY MANAGER!!! I have only had the unit for 2 weeks.
