Its a ashame than I had to call them every month to get service. Extremely unreliable! They also over charged me, so I am canceling my service after this post.
The unreliability of their delivery service is nothing short of ridiculous. It amazes me that they're still in business.
This company sucks! They stopped delivering water to me without any explanation explaining why. The last time I had water delivered was in February. I called and emailed DOZENS of times from March thru April only to be told "we're sorry ma'am and someone will be in your area next week." I was told that same lie for over and over again. I went on vacation for a whole week during spring break and still no water. I finally told them to come and get the dispenser since I had no water to put in it.
