This is how the water was delivered to our home. Written with a black sharpie “ fish water” with a brown residue on the bottom of the allegedly purified water. If this is the quality control in place for the customer I can only imagine what is happening behind closed doors in the facilities. My family will never drink this water again after this disgusting display and lack of care for the health and well being of the customers.

I guess all good things come to an end. Had our last full delivery in March - on time. Our April delivery date came and no one showed up. Called the toll free number a week later to try and get a small delivery and figure out what was going on. I found out apparently DS Services was bought out - but they couldn't tell me who the new company was. No one contacted us. There were no drivers and little to no inventory. Our driver Aiden is amazing!!
Al is the best he is always friendly and doesn’t let me run out of anything for my coffee. He also makes sure that I have enough water every month that he comes through. If we happen to get low on something we just call him and he shows up with what we need he is absolutely amazing
