I’ve had the same problem as so many with delivery from Primo. I love Crystal Springs water and that’s why I keep holding out hope and staying a customer even though I won’t receive my water for a month sometimes. I don’t understand why they won’t just do counter service? I’m an hour away but I will drive and pick it up if they would let me. UPDATE : DELIVERY RESCHEDULED AGAIN!! I did email as requested and no response. 2 weeks and still no water delivery. Delivery rescheduled 4 Times?!!! Staffing? Supply? No explanation. Spoke to customer service 2x, but they have no idea what’s going on because they’re halfway across the world. Get your act together!!
Avoid!! How can delivering bottles of Saratoga water be so hard? It is if you are incompetent like these folks. For my first order, delivery truck showed up and just sat out front. I go out and the driver tells me the company sent him out but he does not have my order on his truck. Huh? Website shows it’s available. He said he will come back next week. This went on for a month. They never deliver when they are supposed!! Now they are saying there's a water shortage. Worst water delivery services ever!
This is how the water was delivered to our home. Written with a black sharpie “ fish water” with a brown residue on the bottom of the allegedly purified water. If this is the quality control in place for the customer I can only imagine what is happening behind closed doors in the facilities. My family will never drink this water again after this disgusting display and lack of care for the health and well being of the customers.
