This past February 18th, while on my way to work a Crystal Springs truck lost his load of bottled water onto my car. I immediately pulled over to call 911 while watching the Crystal Springs truck continue on down I-85. About 20 minutes later, and before the police showed up, the driver showed up. I think someone who saw the incident flagged him down to tell him what he did. In the mean time I took a bunch of photos. The agents lack knowledge and completely screw up your billing then you end up wasting your time calling over and over. Wish I could do individual surveys on the agents.

Avoid this company at all cost in what ever state you may live. I asked about their service at Costco and the next week I had 3 - 5 gallon bottles of water sitting at my front door. I had to speak with 3 customer service reps and wait 30 minutes on hold to have them ask the driver to return to PU the water. It took 5 days and 2 more calls to get the water picked up but the company is sending me a bill for that water and I am still on hold trying to clear it. You will be sorry if you sign up for their del service.
