I have been here for 4 years and I recently decided to renew the contract (once again) it’s nice to have Giovanni as a manger who answers all my questions and concerns. I also want to point out the hard work that Edwin Ferrufino has recently done updating my floors and painting. I will give this apartment complex and maintenance team a 5/5

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am about Crystal Springs, especially in regards to the leasing consultant Jaime P. I was originally interested in Crystal Springs because of its location and commute to my job. Jaime made me feel at home, I felt like I was in great hands, and the spot light needs to be shined on him and his hospitality. Thank you for the great customer service.

I lived here for 2 years awhile ago and now my life has brought me back to Crystal Springs! Community still looks great with enhancements and cant wait to move back in. Thanks to the leasing staff and Kendra for touring me and taking my application!
I do not recommend Crystal Spring at all I had a problem with a leak in my bathroom since January and still not fix.... very disappointed 😞.
