I've had a fantastic experience living at Crystal Springs , and it's largely thanks to the stellar team in the leasing office, especially Jeana and Jonnae. They are both incredibly professional, yet also wonderfully personable and friendly. Every interaction—from initial inquiries to picking up packages—is a pleasure. As a current resident here, I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the 2 ladies in the office, they are always professional & any concerns I’ve had with my unit have been addressed immediately and have always been done accurately by the maintenance staff, especially Roberto. He’s been a great asset to this complex.
