As a current resident here, I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the 2 ladies in the office, they are always professional & any concerns I’ve had with my unit have been addressed immediately and have always been done accurately by the maintenance staff, especially Roberto. He’s been a great asset to this complex.
The management Jeana abd Jonnae are very nice always helpful and welcoming with beautiful smiles maintenance is there when they're needed I appreciate themed I've been here 3yrs and never had a problem with servicing my apartment when needed.
It’s a pretty nice place , nice pool close to a lot of stores and only a couple minutes from downtown Phoenix , could have lower rent for how small the apartments are but it’s ok I guess for the most part I can’t complain just pointing out a few things
I have lived here for 6+ years. First off I'd like to thank Jeana and Makylah at the front office. They are always available to help and keep up with the requests, work orders and up keep with my home. Most importantly maintenance here is a blessing! Always on time and repairs get done right away. I never had a problem here at the property. I can actually call this place home. And I'm also impressed with the cleaning team that cleaned our new unit for us during our transfer. I’ve lived here for 5 years and all five years have been nothing short of amazing .. any issues I’ve ever had with the apartment were addressed immediately.. we’ve had a lot of managers but so far Jeana has been the best with actually trying to make improvements with the property and working with her residents in any situation .. I plan on being here as long as Jeana remains the property manager and the maintenance is great as well! Thank you crystal springs!
