Terrible customer service. My parents cancelled service with them and we returned 5 empty jugs to get the refund back on them. That was in Feb and almost now in May no refund. I have called and my mother only to be told you’ll have to give us time. Funny I bet if a customer doesn’t pay their bill you’re not providing service. How about do the right thing!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back again next time I need to get some water jugs or fire extinguisher service. They had what I needed and they were fast getting my bites together and happy to shoot the bull while I was waiting for my stuff. It was nice to see that it was worth the drive over from Athens. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family who need water jugs for the water cooler and or comercial fire extinguisher sales and service.
