Dr. Johnson and her team are incredible. They provide exceptional care. Dr. Johnson is very conscientious and thorough. I appreciate that she explains what she’s doing or about to do, and that she answers my questions. Her team is kind and responsive. I am always seen quickly, and communication is clear before, during and after appointments. Alexis is the reason for this no star review….mrs Johnson YOUR ARE GREAT but your help is 🚮🚮.im afraid to be specific the lady name Alexis is mean!!!! Need a new NICE person at the desk!!! I was gonna take me and my kids there but I went to a few visits with my brother and that Alexis lady is something else maybe she going through something I don’t know 🤷🏾♂️ but shouldn’t be mean like that 🙅🏾♂️
I enjoy my experience everytime I go. I had a fear of going to the dentist from going to other places, but Crystal Smiles has helped me face them.
There is nothing that says “old lady” like receding gums. Dr. Crystal Johnson is my dentist and she recommended adding composite bonding to fill in between the tooth and gums. She did a fabulous job! Her practice Chrystal Smiles gives her patients crystal smiles!
I have been with Dr Johnson for about 10 years thru thick and thin. I always felt like family.Since Alexis came to work with the office,there has been a great tension in the office and Dr Johnson is not the same anymore. I will never go back there again.I canceled my appointment and I’m leaving her for good.Good luck and I wish you well. I really feel sorry to leave. I Know that Dr Johnson needs good help but Alexis is very rude.
