My care provider makes me feel listened to and explains her perspective on all of my concerns. She is very dedicated and efficient.
One time last month I couldn't reach the office by phone. My most recent Wellness check went really well and I was able to discuss various health issues easily with Dr. Query. She is very compassionate.

Dr Query is great. Some of her support staff are not. I'm not sure if it is b/c of being understaffed or new but I felt demeaned but treatment I received from support staff via phone recently.
While I appreciate the time taken for an in person check-up every six months, everything else is done through My Chart, and even though I'm 65, I have no problem with this. I think it's a very efficient way to discuss health issues that may arise, or seek advice for medications. I receive quick answers and speedy solutions, on those rare occasions I need them. I saw Dr. Query for a few years, and it is extremely hard to get her to actually help you. She once diagnosed me after googling my symptoms. She is very reluctant to prescribe anything for minor issues. I even had a hard time getting my inhaler and steroid cream for a skin condition. She will make you come back several times, which can take weeks or months. I’ve ended up having to go to urgent care on more than one occasion.
