Went for a bad cut to my finger with profuse bleeding. Doctor did not wash, rinse or disinfect the wound, placed a temporary tourniquet and put glue on to seal it, and then a large band aid. It continued to seep blood for 2 days, so I returned. A different doctor told me it needed to be soaked and disinfected, then a "surgicel" applied to help coagulate the blood and heal the wound. I was the first one checked in at 8 am tool the doctor forever to come see me. Got xray done in no time and still waiting for doctor to come in. Meanwhile I told him im in excruciating pain as I sit here 20 min later after xray..This is ridiculous!
I was there on Tuesday for severe stomach pain. Dr. G was the doctor, and she said she would send the medication to my pharmacy. When I got there, they said she never called it in. I called the pharmacy the next day to see if the medication was ready, and they said the doctor still had not called it in. I then called the urgent care center and asked to speak with Dr. G.
