I will be making a full formal complaint about this facility with the New York State Department of Health. Dr. Geevarghese should not be in practice anymore. The staff there is unpleasant from start to finish. I tried to contact the hospital as best as I could because I work in the medical field and I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a doctor and staff. Came here because I had fallen and slammed my face on a sidewalk . I . As soon as we came in here we were able to speak with a very helpful woman at the front desk . i am sorry that I didn't get her name. My daughter was allowed to come with me as I entered the medical room .
