This place is horrible. The longest wait time I’ve ever experienced for an “urgent care.” When no one was even waiting!! I waited an hour. Then I received my bill in the mail and confused why it was SO much money for a strep swab. I called billing after I spoke with my insurance and they said that they only have coding for regular office visits not urgent care, because they are not an urgent care. I’m sorry what? Why am I reading URGENT CARE as the name of the business then. I’m so angry at this place. Do not go here.
What’s the point of making an appointment for urgent care, showing up early, and still having to wait an hour even though nobody is in the waiting room? Crystal Run continues to rapidly go down hill in quality of care.
👎👎👎very bad experience. Tue, May 6th. The facility failed to contact my wife that they no longer take her insurance as a new patient. Well care is the insurance that they don't take for new patients.
On April25 I Went to urgent care because I believed there was a hearing aid dome stuck in my ear. The doctor looked in my ear for 5 seconds or less and said there was nothing there.. 5 days later went to a real ENT and he found the dome still in my ear. On top of having to suffer all weekend with ear pain, I had to pay a copayment and my insurance was billed for basically nothing. This is not acceptable medical treatment. I’m giving one star only because you can’t give zero stars
