I enjoy my visit at Crystal Run Healthcare - Ophthalmology. Very friendly and caring.
The Opthamology assistan was very friendly and helpful. The Opthmologist was professional. Conducted a thorough assessment and reviewed his recommendations with me. My only complaint is having to wait 3 months to have Cataracr surgery. I will be going back to this provider.
Appointment never on time always over an hour behind
If you're prepared to wait for over 90 minutes for your appointment, this place is GREAT! My 1st appointment for surgery was cancelled 2 hrs before the procedure. Had a ride set up due to being told I should not drive after the surgery. Person who called simply said he's busy. What?! So finally at this facility for surgery. The device they use for the eye exam covering one eye was not sterilized in front of me like a typical Optometrist visit. Hopefully it was done beforehand because pink eye spreads easily.
