Thank you to Travis for setting me and my family up for the long weekend with our water delivery.
My delivery guy is Travis. Always cheerful and helpful with the water bottles. He makes sure my unit is clean, ready and full. Even changes the bottle for me when low. He explained the new company to me and made me feel comfortable continuing to do business. I look forward to seeing Travis he brightens my day. If all the employees at Primo are like Travis I predict a successful future.
Never disappointed but getting harder to afford on fixed income. But they stepped up. Delivery man Robert has always been friendly and extra accommodating with my physical disablity I look forward to the visits. Rouses Point water sucks, so Primo is a godsend.
